The 205 room AC Hotel by Marriott Southbank, Melbourne will open as part of a dynamic mixed-use development. The hotel marks Marriott International’s second major hotel deal with Capital Alliance and underscores the investment group’s growth in Australia. This hotel is also designed by DKO
Project Challenges
Taking over from a previous team, we had to quickly assess the project history and immediately act on all unresolved items between the Ownership and Operator, whilst ensuring that all agreement conditions are met.

Imperium was able to capture un-resolved design issues and negotiate mutually agreed outcomes with both Ownership and Marriott.
