Project Challenges
Courtyard West Melbourne is the Owners first hotel development.
This project has been met with Owner budget constraints and outstanding brand design standard requirements. In a collaborative approach, Imperium is able to facilitate, negotiate and guide Owner’s project design team, to resolve these design issues, that is acceptable to Marriott whilst aligning the Owners project budget.
