Project Overview
Mixed use 16 storey retail, commercial office and serviced apartment tower, which contains 88 Marriott Executive Apartments across 9 levels within this new build development. In addition to the serviced apartments, there is a lower ground Porte Cochere and shared level 6 Residents Lounge, Bar, Restaurant, Gymnasium, Wellness and Outdoor Pool facilities.
Project Challenges
Commencing our involvement in this project after the majority of the structure had been built resulted in fast tracking the interior design alignment with Marriott design standards to ensure that we achieved an “on-brand” MEA offering.
Managing the construction delivery during COVID 19 pandemic.
Managing and coordinating the various supply chain delays that were experienced throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ensuring that an acceptable level quality was achieved, when managing the offshore Head Contractor and sub-contractors on the project.
