Mixed use development consisting of retail, hotel and residential apartments. The Hotel contains approximately 200 rooms with conference rooms, meeting facilities and roof top pool area, which is designed by architectural firm DKO.
Becoming involved mid-way through this project, we had to quickly assess the project history and immediately act on all unresolved items between Ownership and Operator, whilst ensuring that all agreement conditions are met.
Effectively managing multiple alterations to the Facilities Criteria.
Negotiating and facilitating the dates for early staged handover of the hotel separable portion for this project.
Our ability to understand and resolve outstanding project design, technical and contractual issues due to our teams’ strong hotel sector knowledge and experience.
