Project Overview
This 150 room, new build, standalone Moxy hotel is being developed by a local Melbourne developer and designed by architectural firm Rothe Lowman for both the young and the young at heart.
Project Challenges
The Moxy South Yarra is the owner’s first hotel development and it was our responsibility to ensure that Marriott’s design guidelines and brand standards were met, whilst at the same time aligning with the Owners’ project budget constraints. We were also required to collaborate with the project design team and provide clear direction to enable the smooth progression of this project.

Assisting both Marriott International and Ownership to enable Marriott International’s playful, experiential Moxy hotel brand into the Melbourne market for the next generation of travellers to experience and enjoy.
Imperium also provided Ownership with advice and direction on modular construction methodologies and FFE/OSE.
