Designed by international award-winning architects Hassell, the iconic W Hotel will encompass 589 hotel keys, signature restaurant and retail as well as the Imax theatre.
Project Challenges
Becoming involved mid-way through this project, with wide ranging complexities and challenges, we had to quickly familiarise ourselves with the project history and focus immediate attention to resolve outstanding areas of design.

Working closely with the Owner and development construction manager, Imperium played an active role effectively managing and resolving outstanding design issues acceptable to both Owner and Marriott.
