Project Overview
This project entailed the base build refurbishment and fitout works over two floors to complete a new 160-seat signature Japanese restaurant, including new commercial and sushi kitchens, an interconnecting stair to new bar and lounge (with adjacent preparatory kitchen), as well as staged modification works to an existing fully functioning restaurant kitchen.
